Advantages: conceals germs and smells

Disadvantages: can work out expensive

I couldnt have asked for a better deal on this item I bought it though the bounty club for £4.99 when I had my second child and it came with the bag to go inside.

The way this works is that you place the bag inside that is in a plastic container. when you have a dirty nappie you simply lift the lid and push the nappy in the bag gets pushed down and the lid gets closed so that it conceals the dirty nappy smell and germs. It stands about a meter tall and will fit next to your kitchen bin if you have the room to store it.

when the bin is full you lift the compartment and cut off the bag with the slicing apperatus that is inside tie the top of the bag and dispose of the long tube of dirty nappies. You tie a knot in the end of the other bag that is ready to be used. Usually you will fit about 20 nappies in before it has to emptied, and the bags will last about 4 times before you have to replace them so in total you can dispose of about 80 nappies.

I found one downside to this and that was the bags to replace when they did run out cost £5 and in the end i found I didnt use it as much because of forgetting to buy them so I ended up giving it away.

It is a good gimmic but for me it wasnt the thing and I wouldnt have another one I would just use normal smelly bags for them and put them in my bin. I dont feel like I have wasted money though due to where I bought it from. If you are into recycling and health and hygine then yes it is good but can work out expensive when you get through 8 nappies a day due to buying the bags.

Summary: good for recyling purposes
