Advantages: pretty

Disadvantages: doesn't seem to stay in a ring

I bought the singing Dolphins from toys r us for my sons first Christmas for £8.99 as he loved music and his bath time.

It is stated as for 18 months and over but I think that is more so that they have the co-ordination as there are no small pieces. There are 8 different coloured dolphins all with there own rings .Each dolphin plays a different note.

The dolphins do look pretty sturdy and are bright colours to attract his attention. Unfortunately found that this product did not stay in a ring. Both my husband and I tried when we were in the bath so didn't have a little one disturbing us and so it never seemed to be able to play anything meaningful. The rings should clip together then the co-ordinating dolphin slips in the ring. Even though the dolphins can be played with individually it didn't seem to work well that way either. I was very disappointed with this product and found it so useless I ended up returning it to toys r us and exchanging it for something much more useful.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone as irrelevant of age it doesn't seem to work.

Summary: Nice idea , bad prduct

Your experiences of this toy are completely different to mine! Maybe they've changed something.

Just one little niggle: you don't seem to have proofread your review at all. Taking a few minutes to get 'their/there/they're; right, and check for typos, really makes the difference between review levels sometimes.
