I brought this bath when we first had our first daughter almost 5 years ago, i payed £15 from ethel austins for this bath and brought it as i thought it would be ideal for the caravan as our caravan only has a shower in it and i didnt want to have to try to put a new born in the shower and thought this would be easier to store than a plastic bath. Blowing this bath up takes forever and you are worn out by the time you have got it up. Bathing my daughter in this bath killed my arm as you cant rest your arm on the side of the bath or it will fold down and the water will come out, you also cant use this bath with a bath stand either so you will have to ... This bath came highly recommended in magazines, hence I purchased. It was very reasonably priced and I thought the fact that it could be deflated and put away was useful. In reality however, this did not happen. It took a while to inflate and took too much time to deflate so we just left it to dry out after each bath. After a couple of months it did tend to have a mildewy smell which was passed on to my baby. It was very soft for baby to sit on but very hard work for whoever is bathing baby as you have to place it on the floor. There doesn't really seem to be a section for this so I'll put it here. This blow-up bath was highly rated in all the magazines I bought and often got reviewed as a best buy. My mind is still to be made up on this! When my son was first born 7 months ago, we found it very difficult to support him in it, you cannot rest your arm on the sides while you support baby and it becomes hard work very quickly. We have only just started using it now that he can sit because he has outgrown the shaped bath in our changing table.
