When you think about the cost of other skin care products, for the money, Vaseline must be the best product out there. Vaseline is one of those products that you grew up with and a pot of it was always sitting around in the bathroom. When you grew up and left home and were trying to buy stuff for your own bathroom then you automatically bought Vaseline without giving it too much thought. It's as essential as toothpaste!

Not that you would use it on your teeth, of course. However, your teeth are probably the only accessible part of your body that wouldn't benefit from Vaseline at one time or the other. Whether it's chapped lips, cuts and scrapes, moisterising or hard skin on the feet, Vaseline can help. If you don't have a jar of Vaseline around in your house then you're missing out on a great product.

If you've never heard of the stuff (where have you been?) then don't be put off by the name. It might be called petroleum jelly but this is not a product straight out of the pump at your local petrol station. It's a mild, un-offensive smelling substance that will easily rub into your skin and be absorbed fast. If it's not in your bathroom now then go and buy some, immediately.
