I know many people use this and they enjoy it. I use to use it too but over time I noticed its effects and honestly it will do nothing for your dry skin. When I apply it to my skin it does nothing but to sit there. It is an annoying grease that does not go any ware. I know is supposed to trap the moister under the skin like a barrier and that is how it works. I find that to be a fake effect so to speak.

This is a bi product of the oil industry so it is dead cheap. There is a lot of controversy surrounding it and you can search Google to find out more. It would not even bother me so much if it was any good.
I tried to use Vaseline for different body areas but I found out it gave me spots in time.
I was using it regularly for my dry lips but my lips never got better.

Do yourself a favour and melt some beeswax into some extra virgin olive oil( or any other natural oil you prefer) and let it cool down. That way you can create an amazing moisturiser for your entire body. You can experience with different quantities of beeswax that way you can achieve a softer or harder finishes product. This way you won't even miss Vaseline and you have a good natural product with multi-purpose use. My lips never feel dry nowadays using beeswax melted in natural oils.
