Advantages: No chemicals and very moisturising

Disadvantages: Not very good on a sore bottom

I bought this after a friend recommended it for a natural remedy for nappy rash. I missed the big thing in the papers but she told me that it was back in stock at Waitrose and was very excited to find it.
Its made from olive oil, Chamomile and vanilla in simple terms and is meant to be a 'miracle cream'.
I thought it smelled delicious and used it on my son straight away. I was pleased with the moistrising effect and also used it on his cheeks which were sore from teething. I used it for a few weeks but once he got a bit sore and I then found I needed something stronger so opted for one of the mainstream creams which did in fact clear up the rash.
Inmy opinion its a great moisturiser and smells great, also great for prevention of nappy rash when used at every nappy change but I definately wouldn't reach for the pot if I saw a sore bottom.
I use it occasionally for my new daughter but she's been quite straightforward so far and hasn't had any soreness yet but maybe prevention is better than cure!

Summary: I'd use it as moisturiser but not as rash treatment
