Advantages: Keeps baby warm no matter what.

Disadvantages: Price

This was one of our best baby buys. Our son was a terror for kicking off his blankets during the night and being as he was a January baby he was subsequently waking up cold. He would take ages to settle and we were all getting tired and cranky as a result, between waking for this and then feeds. We were then told by a friend about Grobags. I could not believe the price of them when we first looked at them on the internet they seemed so expensive compared to normal cellular blankets. We were that tired that we decided to take a risk and purchase one.
When it arrived I could see the logic behind it but I did not understand how he would not get cold when his arms were not wrapped up.

Well what can I say for the change in the sleep pattern it was worth the money ten times over. He started only waking for feeds and from feeling him he was toasty warm and as importantly I felt slightly more human again. It was so nice not having to get up in the night to replace blankets and not having to deal with a cold crying baby.

One thing I did think was great was the fact that the Grobags under 6 months had side zips making nappy changing easier as we only had to get his lower bit out so I felt that some of him was still staying warm.

But on top of all of this they are so cute! They do the most adorable designs for both sexes and when they are on the baby they look so adorable if not a little funny when you first see them. They do them in so many ages and togs.

It is great in the warmer months not to have to worry about your child getting cold or even just feeling different from having no covers on them.

When your child moves to a bed they even have a grobag duvet which they cannot kick off and they cannot fall out of bed - I have never used one but will have started to look into it as my child is due to move soon.

For those thinking about the cheaper brands I gave them ago and they were fine in the warmer months but to be honest in the winter months were nowhere near as good as the offical grobag.

Summary: Would buy these 10 times over for the sleep
