I never had one of these for my son he always liked to be wrapped up in a blanket so that it was wrapped around his face. However my daughter was the complete opposite she hated being held or wrapped up and at night time it would get cold and she would always kick the blankets off. So I went to asda a picked one of these grow bags up. It worked wonders it kept her warm but also kept her cool because it has no arms.

When she got too big for it I invested in the next size up due to when I tried the blankets she was turning on her stomach and pulling the blanket over her head and it would panic me that she would stiffle. I found that with this that she found it harder to turn onto her stomach and if she did manage to do it she wasn't able to pull any sheets over her head.

This is thick for the winter and still lets them keep cool. There are two straps over the shoulders that attach to the front with poppers and there is a zip that goes all the way round so that it is easy to get your child in and out of it.

I would advise to have one of these if you have a restless sleeper who can't seem to keep the blankets on.
