I bought one of these as I thought it would be an ideal way to carry my baby about, I was wrong!!, it cost me £17.00 at the time and when my baby was 2 weeks old I thought I would try and use it. How fussy and fiddly they are, after I worked out which way it went on me I struggled to get my baby in it, you have to lift them and try to work their legs in the holes, well my baby didn't like it at all and me being a bit bigger than I was before the baby was born found it to be very restricting on me. I managed to fasten all the clips and the baby settled down but there is not much support for them to rest their heads on, the poor babies head was lolling around and I kept adjusting my babies head so thinking it woulldn't be able to breath. They put strain on your back too, my back was sore for 4 days after using this, by the way I only used it twice and I took it back, luckily they gave me back my money no problems. I used the pram after that!! I would never use one of these at all

I was bought this by my mother-in-law whilst I was pregnant who swore by them, as did a lot of my friends....I used it once. Talk about hard work! Basically, you had to lie the thing on the floor, attempt to put the baby in it and then hoist it over your chest and try to fasten it on your back. It was a complete nightmare and waste of money. It was really secure once the baby was in and the straps were tightened but, and I'm not joking, it took me 10mins to get it on. Not what you really want to be doing every time you need to use it.
