      Very helpful

      excellent hand made product

My son had one of these cardigans when he was little and he looked so cute in it!

It is made by a company called Crib and they have a website called Crib online which is where I got it.

It comes in 2 colours- Berry red and Airforce blue and my son had the 6-12 month size although the sizing does go from 0 -24 months. The cardigan is hand knitted and as each item is made individually the attention to detail is beautiful.

The cardigan is made from 50% cotton and 50% draylon and it feels lovely and soft to the touch. It has 4 buttons, each made from Mother of Pearl and there is the image of a mohair sheep embroidered on both sides of the front making a plain top look fab.

The detailing on the sleeve cuffs and the bottom of the cardi is very good, you can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into the making of it, and it comes in a presentation bag so it is great to give as a gift.

Whenever my son wore this he was always nice and toasty. The cardi fit him up til he was about 14 months so he got a lot of wear out of it and it was spacious enough to put long sleeved tops underneath and still have enough room to be comfortable. He always got lots of comments when wearing it- mostly from older ladies!

The cardi was easy to wash, follow the same instructions as you would with any knitted item. Don't tumble dry, iron it on the reverse because of the embroidered detail and wash it on 30. The colour remained strong and bright for the entire time we had it, didn't fade at all and the material stayed soft.

I would definately buy this again, it was a bit pricey ( if I remember rightly it was around £25) but it is lovely as a gift idea and you do get your moneys worth.
