Plum Baby Baby Porridge - 4 Grain ... have much practice in weaning babies, I have had three after all. Unfortunately none of them have been easy weaners and afetr having my third I think I have found out why! Baby Rice, the traditional firts weaning food looks and tastes like wall-paper paste. If this was going to be my first taste of nything solid it would put me off too! So after stuggling through with my two boys, when I had my daughter I spotted the Plum range in my local Boots (I have also seen it in Sainsbury s and Tesco s too). Cow & Gate Apple & Pear Ready to Drink 4mth+ ... must admit that I don t use these jars of juice that often as luckily my children prefer to drink water. I have on occasion bought these ready to drink jars when out shopping just to keep them quiet. This apple and pear flavour seems to be my Son s favourite. I have tasted this myself and its very sweet although it says its diluted on the jar. I would advise to give your baby this at meal times preferably as it must contain quite a bit of sugar. The jar also advises that this baby drink has added vitamin C which can only be a good thing as all babies and children need vitamins. Hipp Organic Baby Food in General ... are absolutely fantastic, my daughter loves them and I love the message behind the product and I feel confident that my baby will thrive on these meals. They often also have deals on multipacks of jars so they are very good value. They are very easy to warm up and when I gave them to my daughter for the first time, a week before she turned 4 months and she ate it all up and kept her down. The cottage pie is definately one to look out for as it contains mince and therefore the iron supplies that babies need as they start to run out of them by the time that they are six months.
