I started off giving her the carrot stick variety which are nice and chunky for little hands to hold easily. She is now 9 months old and has moved onto the spicy tomato stars, although they have an age guide of 12 months she is very established with her feeding, she never eats unattended and they melt in the mouth so easily that there is really no risk of choking. Organix Goodies Cocoa & Raisin Cereal Bars 12mth+ ... products for older children and adults. The product is sweetened with fruit juice, and also has raisins in the product, so a lot of sweetness form those too. They are lovely and soft, so good for little teeth to chew on, and have quite a crumbly texture. I really cannot praise these enough. We have used them with each child from about 8 months, and my 6 year old still eats them (my 8 year old does now object to eating them!). They are still a big hit with my 2,4 and 6 year olds though and we get through 2 or 3 boxes a week (a mixture of theses and the fruit varieties). Cow & Gate Toddler Balance Fruity Sun Moon & Stars ... twin boys who are now 22 months old eat all foods that I eat now near enough but the other day in Poundland I spotted a large box of Cow & Gate cereal. I decided to buy it as it was only a £1 and I knew if I d have seen this in the likes of Boots it would of been more than double the money. The box is designed a little differently to the picture above but still provides the same info and messages. It clearly says Cow & Gate in bright red writing at the top of the box and it also says 1 year onwards therefore informing you who these are recommended for leaving no confusion.
