... always saw these more as a snack in addition to a meal, as opposed to a fruit puree to use when first weaning. For that I always made my own, though these would work perfectly for those who don t want to do that! Cow & Gate Toddler Balance Fruity Sun Moon & Stars ... twin boys who are now 22 months old eat all foods that I eat now near enough but the other day in Poundland I spotted a large box of Cow & Gate cereal. I decided to buy it as it was only a £1 and I knew if I d have seen this in the likes of Boots it would of been more than double the money. The box is designed a little differently to the picture above but still provides the same info and messages. It clearly says Cow & Gate in bright red writing at the top of the box and it also says 1 year onwards therefore informing you who these are recommended for leaving no confusion. Cow & Gate Milk in General ... my bubba was born, I had problems feeding her. I really wanted to breastfeed her but I just could not, so I had to choose powdered milk. I found it a really hard time and then I had on top, deciding which milk was best when there are so many on the market. What I found out from doing a lot of research was that basically all baby milks are the same - they have the same or similiar ingredients. My choice was between SMA and Cow & Gate. I decided to go for Cow & Gate as it had added nutrients, plus I had heard quite a few negative comments about SMA. Cow & Gate Stage 2 Omneo Comfort Follow on Milk 6mth+ ... was so thankful when I discovered the Cow and Gate comfort range. My daughter was a very sicky baby. I was continuously being told by my health visitor that this amount of sick was normal and that as she was putting on weight there was no need to change her milk and risk upsetting her. She was then on SMA Gold. I was constantly being told by family that it wasn t right and had I tried her on any other powdered milks, people were recommending Aptimel so I gave this a go, but as the health visitor warned this upset her further.
