Advantages: New interesting tastes, more flavour than most.

Disadvantages: Jars are always an expensive way to feed babies but good for days out and as emergency.

Have you ever tasted your babies food that comes in a jar. We all know how bland and uninspiring they are.

I tried a Boots International jar and was pleasently surprised. My wee ones both loved them and were happy tucking into chicken korma and chinese sweet and sour at 5 mths.

They are the only baby food that I have tasted any flavour in.

I think my son's wide range of tastes have a lot to do with these jars and starting to eat the same as the family quite young. At 3years he loves food from our local Indian and all the italian food I make. Even my 10mths my daughter loves chicken korma from the takeaway. (I scrape most of the sauce of so the nappies aren't too bad).
