Never again will I buy Cow & Gate baby foods! Although I'm breast feeding, all the baby books say try baby rice as a starter to the weaning process.

I bought the 'pure' baby rice with added vitamin B1, and followed the instructions exactly. It was the most revolting mess I had ever seen, it was just like wall paper paste! It tasted the same too (not that I'm in the habit of eating the stuff).

How are we supposed to introduce our babies to the delights of solids when this is so disgusting. No wonder they pull such awful faces when we try to feed them this type of stuff.

Cow & Gate- more like the chewed cud of a cow.

Sorry it's a thumbs down on this one.
