“ Brand: Heinz / Product Type: Baby Milk „
I used Farleys milk when my son was first born and I used it till he was about 4 months with no problems and then he started to get a bad tummy and became really constipated. I spoke to both our doctor and health visitor and they had no suggestions as to why this was happening, I then decided to try and change his milk so I switched him to cow and gate premium and after a week his tummy didn't seem to be hurting him and he had become very regular (sorry to much info). I did start using Farleys because of the price as it was so much cheaper than other brands and this is also what they give my little boy when he was in hospital. A friend did have her little girl on Farleys and they announced that they were changing the tin; she is not impressed to now find they have changed the price to make this milk the most expensive brand of milk you can now buy. She has now switched her to cow and gate and luckily she has had no problems. They changed the name to nurture and have added different ingredients apparently to improve it that is fine but why change the price. I feel sorry for new mums who had just started their newborn baby on this milk as they would have had to change to a different milk maybe causing their baby to get an upset tummy.
i bought the heinz milk for my son 3 years ago. I have had a little girl since and i had no problems with the milk so i put my daughter on it as well. it was brill no problems with my children they liked the milk, and when you were showing the new container it was nice for a change, but wasn't expecting the price to go up by £3. Couple of pence yes but not £3 i have know stopped buying heinz milk as the price is too expensive. The containers look fab but not accomdating the fact the cost of living has risen. rate of the quality is brill but the price is disgusting
I have bought farley baby milk from when my son was born until now. I think it is wrong that you put you product up by £3 just because you changed the design of the tin. Do you realise with the cost of living going up every day by around 3 or 4% a week you have increased you product by just over 60%. If you think people will still by you product you are wrong because you have already lost me. You are just another company who is getting to greedy.
i currently work for a store which sell farleys milk, i am very dissapointed with heinz, they have taken the milk off the shelves and it is being replaced by nuture please could you let me know if anybody else has been informed about this problem. they are apparently adding other ingredients to the formula, their are new mums out there who have been giving their baby,s the formula but now cannot get it,what are they supposed to give to their baby,s instead.if any body has any suggestions on what other milk is nearly the same ,to replace it please could you let me know. i contacted heinz but they was not really helpfull
I am totally descusted with Heinz!!!!!! I have been feeding my son on farley's milk since he was born and always bought farley's my milk from Asda at the price of £4.95. but when i went shopping last thursday Heinz had changed the tub (which they had advertised they were doing) and added £3 to the price of a tub making it £7.95!! i think adding £3 to a product in one go is awfull, Farley's has gone from the cheapest milk to the most expensive in one fowl swoop. luckly my son is old enough to have his milk changed with out it irritating his tummy but i feel for new mum's who won't have it so easy, and espessially if you chose farley's because you was on a low income like i was. i think is so wrong and unfair on mums and babies, i have emailed a complaint to Heinz. i no longer use this product out of principle and the cost. it is scandelus!!!!
Infant milk from birth onwards. Closer than ever to breast-milk.
