Advantages: quick and easy to make

Disadvantages: has to be stored properly or will go off

My grandson is now old enough to eat baby food and liquidised food as he's now six months old and starting to hold finger food and get his taste buds developing. I have loved it him and my daughter being here since he was born as it has been great to have a baby in the house again.
I have been lucky enough to be able to take part in his routine, having him at nights sometimes to give my daughter a rest, baby sitting and also helping to feed him during the day while she gets his washing done or runs for a shower. It's been so nice to be able to be bonded with him closely.

When he was first weaned he was bought baby rice and banana yogurt cereal in a packet and has romped on from drinking bottles to eating three meals a day and drinking water instead of milk, with the occassional bottle milk at nights as he is now sleeping through.
He does have his favourite food and this Heinz Dinners cauliflower & broccoli cheese is one of them.

This is a 125g pack of dried baby food for babies from 4-6 months old. It comes in a dark and light green cardboard box with a foil fresh inner where the food is kept.
To make it you just add water and can add the amounts you like to get the consistancy the baby likes, at first we used to make it thin but now he likes to chew things he has it a little more thincker.
The powder inside is a whiteish colour with bits in, this mixes well with warm water to the desired consistancy.

This has no preservatives or artificial colours and has vitamins and minerals to make up a meal that's healthy and balanced for your baby.
My grandson seeems to love this and although it's the two of my least favourite vegetables combined, as I hate cauliflower and broccoli, he wolfs it down.

It is enriched with Vitamin A B C and D and is gluten and egg free as well as being suitable for vegetarians.

I'm happy to reecommend this to you for your baby, as it's filling, looks a good consisitancy when made and has good ingredients in it.

It costs around £2 a box and you can buy it in Morrison's .

Summary: good wholesome baby food
