ouch HIPP hurts (Hipp Organic Baby Food in General)

I often use Hipp babyfood for my son he is quite picky of late but he has taken well to the jars of dinner.
But I was disappointed with it the other day. The food itself was fine but the packaging wasn't. We were out for the day and I took along a jar of the food, when I tried to open it I didn't realise that the jar lid had a sharp piece of metal sticking out. I managed to slice through 2 of my fingers, quite deeply aswell. They were very sore for a couple of days.
I don't often complain about things but I thought for once I would. I wrote to them sending them the lid and the jar wrapper explaining what had happened. I sent them the letter on Wednesday and by Saturday I had recieved two £1 vouchers, a £5 postal order and a letter of apology. I was very impressed with the speed of things and the goodwill gesture.
I will continue to use Hipp.
