Advantages: tasty (to a baby, of course), organic, no "fillers"

Disadvantages: expensive

I usually spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen loving preparing ice cube trays full of pureed food, but I found it really difficult to get them heated up when we were out and about. So I use Hipp Organic jars when we are out as my daughter will eat them cold and she likes the taste of them.

The best things about them are they are organic and the jars are slightly larger than some of it's competitors. Great when you've got a hungry baby! It's also slightly cheaper than the others too. They don't use any fillers like maltodexrin so you know that what you are giving your baby is as good as the stuff you prepare at home.

My daughter's favs are vegetables with wholemeal butter rice and vegetables with rice and chicken.....they always bring a smile to her face and she just laps it up.

Their website is brilliant too with lots of information for parents. They also state that their beef dishes as well as being organic cows are tested free from BSE which is a major plus for any parent.
