      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Worth the money, we use this particular dessert more than most

      **THE COMPANY**
HiPP Organic first introduced their foods to the UK in 1995, but have been making baby foods since the end of the 19th Century. The company guarantee the following in the manufacture of their baby food products:

      Certified organic ingredients
      No harmful pesticides
      No GM ingredients
      Good home-cooked tastes
      No artificial colours or preservatives
      Free-range meat
      No antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones

**THE PRODUCT, ITS SMELL, TEXTURE AND TASTE**
HiPP Organic Banana and Peach dessert comes in a 125g jar. It is suitable for all stages of weaning, from 4 months.

It smells delicious; very strongly of banana, much more than the peach. I can not personally smell the peach, but there is definitely something other than banana there. It is very sweet smelling.

The texture is of a completely smooth puree with no bits whatsoever.

It tastes of banana and peach. The banana still holds strong but the peach flavour is now definitely present.

      **OUR VERDICT**
I always try the little mans food before I feed it to him and well, it passes my taste test, I think it is very nice, I could quite easily eat the jar for myself.

My son thoroughly enjoys this dessert, he always finishes the whole jar and would probably keep on going if I let him. He 'sings' through this which is a sign of pure enjoyment!

We will keep buying this.... it is around 45p - 55p in supermarkets and can often be picked up on 10 for £3.50 / 10 for £4.00 offers at Asda / Morrisons / Tescos. We also stock up when we sometimes eat at Ikea. If you spend £2 in their Cafe you get a FREE jar of baby food. I tend to get 3 or 4 free for the price of our meals. Happy days!!

These jars are also so convenient for travels, they do not require chilling (only once opened when they can be chilled in the fridge for 48 hours), and can be eaten at room temperature.
