Advantages: Dissolves well.

Disadvantages: Annoying scoop!!

I used Milupa with my 1st son who is now 4 and at the time it was in granule form - a bit like freeze dried coffe. that was great because it dissolved really well and didn't get all clogged up on the measuring spoon.

I was disappointed to find that they have changed from the granules and it is now more like a heavy powder. It still dissolves well and doesn't cling to the inside of the bottle like some of the other milks I have used. I would, however, like to have a bit of a grumble about the measuring scoop - the handle seems to be in the wrong place. It is halfway down the side of the scoop and it would be so much better if it were at the top then levelling the milk off would be a lot easier. Trivial maybe - but it really winds me up!

It comes packaged in sealed foil packets which I imagine would be difficult to keep from spilling if it is not stored in a suitable container. I have the Cow & Gate storage box which I keep mine in. I know more and more of the milks are packed this way now but I must be honest and say I did prefer it when they came in good old fashioned tins.

Toby seems to enjoy this milk and is always happy and contented after his feed - well they say the way to a mans heart is through his stomach!!!
