S.M.A Progress (SMA Baby Food in General)
Member Name: POPPY
Advantages: Extra vitamins and iron for poor eaters Disadvantages: None
My daughter was breastfed for the first three months and then I moved her onto formula. I chose S.M.A primarily because it was an established brand and my daughter thrived on it but she never took to food so at six months I moved her onto Progress as she was a poor eater and needed the extra vitamins and iron that Progress contained. Her eating never really picked up so I was recommended by my H.V to keep her on this until she was 18 months and although I'm not sure if it was more beneficial than cows milk, it did give me peace of mind that she was getting at least some goodness. I also loved the ready made cartons which were ideal for her nursery as the staff were not allowed to mix formula but could give the ready made milk. Summary: |
