With all my children I have used Sma gold. For my son this was great I never had to change his milk however with my daughter it was a diffferent story.

I started her on sma gold and it was great until she was about 4 months old. She started being unsettled through the night and wanted to be fed sooner than she should have needed to.

I had spoken to a friend who suggested that she may not be filling up and to try a thicker milk. I had always used sma so I wanted to stay with the same brand so I picked up this milk.

I found my daughter wouldnt drink as much of the milk at first that I would have made with the sma gold but she was going the 4 hours between feeds and her sleeping routine had improved so I couldn't complain.

It didn't seem to be that thick and my daughter didn't seem to struggle sucking it through the bottle. This cost the same amount as the gold at just over £6 a tin and you can buy it from any supermarket or pharmacy and even some local shops sell it now.

I would recommed this to anyone who has an unsettled night sleeper or a very hungry child it does help settle them and fills them up sufficiently.

It holds all the nutrients that the sma gold does that is essential for their development and the instructions for mixing are the same too all this is explained on the back of the tin. They do make these tins in two different sizes, so if you are not sure if it will work I would suggest to invest in the smaller tin to start.
