Calgel ... bought this recently from Boots at £2.19 for a 10g tube. My little-un was screaming and has just brought out his back top left tooth and I could see the same on the right hand peeping through. As we were in Boots I thought might as well try although I had not used this product before. It is basically a gel which relieves teething pain to soothe gums. It is only suitable for babies over 3 months so please do not use it on any babies younger than 3 months as it contains antiseptic properties. The gel is squeezed out onto your finger - about a pea size - and rubbed between your finger and thumb and then applied directly onto babies gums. This did exactly what it would... Tommee Tippee Icy Bite Keys ... am terrible at stopping myself from buying baby toys, I just can t resist them. I try my best to not even go to the baby section of shops now as I know I will come away with at least one item to spoil Baby Hope with. This week though it was an exception. When my bubba started teething at about 6 months, she turned from a happy little angel to completely miserable and there was very little I could physically do to help her for the duration but give teething rings for short pain relief and apply bonjela.
