Advantages: numbs quickly, doesnt slide off gums

Disadvantages: fiddly bottle

I first encountered anbesol liquid after trying various other teething remedies, gels etc but nothing seemed to be as effective as anbesol.

It comes in a small bottle, and is not too unpleasant tasting, i myself have used it on occasion when having toothach. It can be applied with a small piece of cotton like the corner of a hanky, or even better a clean finger.

The liquid really does numb the gums, and for a good length of time too. My son has used it all through teething and has had relatively few bad days or nights
