It's made of clear plastic, has a tube with an attachment at each end. One part you insert into the attachment hose on your household vaccum cleaner that runs on between W800 and W1500. Then you place the adaptor on the other side of the tube into your baby one nostril and put the vaccum cleaner on. You then watch how the mucus comes out into the collecting evacuator.
The best thing to do, is to sit your baby on your lap during this procedure.

This was the best purchase I made for my baby, because he used to suffer with ear infections a lot. It's very sad to watch you baby suffer when he has blocked nose and he doesn't know how to blow yet.
