This is a Homeopathic remedy and I have been using it for my 6 month old for a little over a month now and I am so in love with this remedy. Just give her 5 drops on a spoon (or straight in her mouth if we are out and about) and within a few minutes the theething pains seems to disapear for her. I like the fact that they are safe to use and there is nothing artifitial about them a natural and safe alternative to gels and other things.
