This is a brilliant idea, but in reality I found it quite difficult to use.

It's a strip that you hold against the forehead, and then a line appears indicating the temperature. It comes in a nifty little case that would be easy to pop in a handbag or similar. It is actually quite difficult to hold it on a kiddies head, especially a whingey, wriggly one, and try and read the result. I didn't find it particularly easy to see the line either. Maybe I had a dodgy one, but the line wasn't terribly clear and I never felt certain of the result.

I'm afraid I binned mine and went out and bought an ear thermometer.
