I had looked about for one of the little cylinder model ones but couldnt find one so went for this type instead. We bought it from Argos for £18.99 and thought for the price it should be quite good.We got it home and it was all put together just a few accessories (other hoover nozzles ) to attach. The hoover is purple, grey and red in colour and the middle section (where on a real hoover the dirt would go) is clear and is full of little multi coloured plastic pieces that when the hoover is on swirl aroun... ELC Play Buttons ... Early Learning Centre is a British chain of shops selling toys for young children. It was originally set up as a mail order company in 1974 and by 1980 it had 10 shops - now it has 215 stores in the UK and 80 international stores in 19 countries. The good thing about these shops is your child can play with the toys in the shop although I still find myself telling them not to touch etc. They have their own website which you can order from (www.elc.co.uk) and they also take orders over the telephone on 08705 352 352. When my eldest daughter was little she had some play buttons from the Early Learning Centre. I remember her playing with them and having fun as well as ...
