“ Brand: Chad Valley / Age: 9 months „
Wow this toy was such a bargain that i thought i just had to get it. Initially i bought it for Jack as a christmas present but me being me i was far too impatient to see what he made of it.
The age group it is meant to be for is 9 months plus but Jack is only just 4 months. At christmas he probably would have been able to appreciate it a little bit more but he seems to be having fun with it now all the same.
The colour i have is slightly different from the colour shon in the picture but it looks excatly the same otherwise. It cost a mere £5.45p. The caterpillar can be shaken and has small beads in that makes a lovely, if not slightly annoying, rattaling sound. It can be pressed int he middle of its back to then make the whole thing glide across the floor on the four wheels that the caterpillar has.
The toy is very easy to use and even though Jack finds it a little hard giving the amount of push needed to flatten the back of the caterpillar he knows exactly what to do and with a little help from his mummy (me) sends the toy wheeling across the laminated floor with ease.
The toy not only looks good and was cheap but also is lots of fun for both Jack and me. For the price you can really ask for no more. Even though the age group is 9m+ i wouldnt worry if your a few months out as the kids will alsawy get the hang of it.
Jack loves it and i do too! i'm glad i didnt save it for christmas after all
