a great toy for all little girls

I brought this kitchen in a sale from latifs for £5.99 it was very cheap but that was what i wanted as i wanted it for in the wendy house out side in the garden. For the price i wasnt expecting a lot but was very shocked at the quality of the plastic it was made out of, it was thick plastic so wasnt going to break easily. I thought for the price i would have to buy the accessories seperatley but it had loads with it, there were cutlery, plates, pans, serving tools, serving utensils and a few other items. This kitchen came flat packed but was very easy to put together and comes with a detailed set of instructions even though any idiot should be able to work this out for them selves. The girls love this and it was exactly what i wanted a cheap kitchen that i wasnt going to mind getting dirty and wet when they made sand and mud pies to cook on it. This kitchen isnt very tall and doesnt have any very small parts so would be suitable for younger children.

We have bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is eighteen months old and will be two in May but she plays with a friends childs kitchen and loves it so I felt that even though this was aimed at two year olds she would be ok with it. We got it home and checked it for smaller bits just in case and found that it was more than suitable. It is very sturdy and strong. (it needs to be with my daughter) and has many other items with it such as pots and pans. The thing I liked best about it (the kid in me coming out) is the fact that it has boiling and sizzling sounds. She will absolutely love it. We bought it in Gamleys for £29.99 A bargain buy compaired to alot of other kitchens out on the market!

We bought this kitchen for my daughter Lucy in the Summer, she's now two and absolutely loves it. The model looks just like the picture on the left, which is sometimes unusual for children's toys these days. Unfortunately, this is one of those toys which DOES require batteries (boooo!), but fortunately, it's worth it. Imagine the child's delight when they switch on the rings for the hob and they not only light up, but one makes a "sizzle, sizzle" noise, and the other goes "bubble, bubble!" when a pan is placed on it. Lucy has just got the knack of pretending to do the washing up in the pretend sink, whilst I'm washing up. I wonder whether the more luxurious models come with a dishwasher?? The kitchen set comes with more accessories than you'll ever need, we have since bought Lucy a pack of play food from Mothercare (so at least she has something to cook!), a set of 4 pans from ELC, and their play toaster, which conveniently sits on one of the kitchen shelves. The only disadvantage is that the "oven" and "fridge" space is a little on the small side, compared to other similar models in toy shops.

My daughter got this from Father Christmas, last year and she has had loads of fun with it ever since. She really enjoys cooking tea in her kitchen!! It is on the small size, but this is great for us as it can be stored very easily. The kitchen is square shaped with a cooking ring, sink with tap and a griddle on top with a overhead extractor, with hooks to store utensils and the phone! the bottom of it consists of an oven and a fridge with opening doors and shelves. It also came with saucepans, plates and other utensils. It was fairly easily assembled even after Mummy had had a few drinks on Xmas eve prior to sorting it out. I would definetly recommend this kitchen if space is limited as it is easily stored. It was on offer when I got it, I think it was £25, well worth it!
