**Introduction** My little girl got this Chicco zoo for het 1st birthday. I have always loved Chicco toys because they look colorfull, have a highly educative element to it and they are made of firm material. **About the Chicco Zoo house** This toy is great for kids between 1,5 to 4 years and it gives them the oppertunity to practice all sorts of forms and to find out through which hole the forms should be pushed. The house has a orange roof that can be taken off or clicked open. The roof also has 5 holes in it all shaped differently (square, triangle etc). It is useful for me as a mum that the roof can come off so when all the forms have been pushed into the right holes, I can take them out again. On the sides of this toy you'll five little doors with animal formed holes in them. These doors are all painted in different colors. Pink, orange, green, blue and yellow are the colors used. Each little door can be opened by using a plastic set of colored keys. The keys are colored the same as the door they belong to, making it easier for a little child to understand with what key to open a certain door. The toy of course comes with the animal shaped formed plastic colored blacks as well as it contains 5 blocks that are used for the roof holes (also in colors matching the doors. Last but not least, the toy can be cleaned in your dishwasher! **My opinion** My daughter loves the toy, it has many great educational aspects to it and she (18 months old) is always trying to find out how she can open the doors or how to push a little block through the right hole. Because I can see she really likes it, I like it as well!
My son recieved this for christmas when he was 18 months old and is from mothercare, its a great shape sorter which helps to develop colours, animals and shapes, but also has a unique twist as comes with a set of keys which can then be matched to the correct hole to open the right door. Designed from 12mths and by Chicco. Its is a white house shape, which is divided into 5 sections each with its own door and animal shape slot in the door as well as shaped holes in the roof, which can be lifted up to empty the contents, or the keys can be used to open each door. There are 5 coloured doors, each corresponds to a matching shape and animal. Only the relative animal fits through the right door, which are all colour coded, at the top is slighty more tricky as the lid is red so have to match the shapes, however the correct shape is above the smae coloured door. Green - fish and circle Yellow - bear and star Orange - elephant and trapezium Blue - horse and square Pink - pig and triangle It also comes with a set of keys each with a different shape at the end which opens the matching door, making it more entertaining to open each door and increasing your childs hand/eye co-ordination or you simply can open the lid and tip all out. there is also a handle on the lid making it easier to carry. Overall this is a great toy. all the figures are chunky and colourful and the block itself is well built and made to last. it helps teach colours, shapes and animals and a great fun toy, although does becoming slightyl annoying if your child wants to try and open each door with the keys everytime.
Ages: 1-1/2 - 4 years / The Gazoobo is an ideal toy for the development of a child's coordination, color and shape recognition. Each of the six animals and shapes must all be slotted into the correct color coded section of the Gazoobo, and can all be retr
