We got this for my little boy for his 2nd birthday as we have a dyson and he is always trying to get it out and play with it and when i am hoovering following me around !! I had looked about for one of the little cylinder model ones but couldnt find one so went for this type instead. We bought it from Argos for £18.99 and thought for the price it should be quite good.We got it home and it was all put together just a few accessories (other hoover nozzles ) to attach. The hoover is purple, grey and red in colour and the middle section (where on a real hoover the dirt would go) is clear and is full of little multi coloured plastic pieces that when the hoover is on ... Mummy let me hoover! My mum brought this hoover for christmas when daughter was nearly 2 from Argos think it was around £20 at the time. I thourght mini dyson how cute and it really sucks so perfect. Its nice and brightly coloured and comes with few attachments. It takes 3 med batteries not the super chunky ones the one below that size. Once switched on it has 3modes off, noise and balls float inside or third actual suction. Must admit found suction mode bit dissapointing was hoping for unpaid smaller helper in house but it failed pick up much not disimilar to my full size dyson unfortunatly. My daughter loves ... We got my 2 year old daughter the toy Dyson for Christmas because whenever I did the hoovering at home I then had to let her use the hose and tool attachment for about 5 minutes after I had finished in order to satisfy her need to use the hoover. We brought this toy in Argos and it cost £17.49, which was pretty pricey, but since she opened it Christmas day I think it is good value due to the pleasure she has had from it. The dyson is a version of the green & purple one and is pretty much a very realistic copy of the real thing. The shape is the same with all the recognised wand shape and the tool bits are all the same as the real thing has. ... Read the complete review

This is a great little product for helpful boys and girls around the house, and just so realistic, it’s unbelievable. When I was a lad, we used to have to make do with empty cardboard boxes stuck together and the insides of loo rolls to represent what we wanted to, and actually use our imagination. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your viewpoints, children no longer need to use as much imagination as we once did, as there are so many of these “realistic” items in the stores these days. Take this Dyson toy Vacuum cleaner for example. It’s just like Mummy’s (or to be politically correct; Daddy’s) “proper” ... Read the complete review

Hands up all those who have a toddler who screams each time you get the hoover out? Mine used to, he couldn't stand to be anywhere near our Dyson. Then oneday I saw miniature Dysons free when you bought an adult model in The Army And Navy. That got me thinking. If I got my son to play with his own hoover then maybe he wouldn't be frightened of mine. I purchased this bright red, purple and yellow hoover from Argos just before Christmas. It cost £14.99, and was money well spent. At first he was a little anxious as he removed it from it's box, but after a little while, there was no stopping him! He set to work, overing great expanses of carpet per ... Read the complete review
