**The toy** This Dyson toy looks exactly like the real Dyson just a smaller version and of course it is for children to play with rather than mummy or daddy to hoover up. The toy comes in three separate parts that need to be put together when you first receive this vacuum cleaner. This is very easy to do and as it just clicks ...  Read the complete review

My daughter is 2 and a half and is VERY girly! She is a mini-mummy and just loves to copy me. I saw a pink Dyson toy in the Argos catalogue and she just had to have it! The toy Dyson comes in traditional Dyson colours, a baby pink (which is the one we have) or purple like the picture. The pink colour is only available at ...  Read the complete review

When Lauren was around 2 years old, for some strange reason she started to hate the noise of the vacuum cleaner, so I thought what better way to stop this was to start making hoovering fun, this is when I spotted the children's Dyson. The RRP can be up to £20, however I managed to purchase from Argos for £14.99 when it was on ...  Read the complete review

I bought this mini Dyson for my seven year old son one Christmas when he was a toddler; he always enjoyed copying mummy when it came to household duties so it was no surprise that he really loved this when he received it. For just under £20.00, it's on par price wise with other toy vacuum cleaners such as Henry or Hoover, I ...  Read the complete review

We bought this Dyson as a Christmas present for my daughter who had not long turned 1 at the time. She enjoyed copying and helping with household tasks so we thought this would be a perfect toy/distraction for when I'm cleaning! We'll have had it for two years this Christmas and my daughter still drags it out the cupboard most times I ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Dyson Toy Vacuum Cleaner
by Karl Grundy - written on 31/12/09
Rating:

Our son was so excited when he opened his Dyson Christmas present. It was the best present he got all Christmas and he could not put it down . However the plastic hose got damaged within seconds of it's first play. After a couple more days the front pick up wheels had dropped due to the plastic moulding attaching the pick up to the main unit had snapped off. This prevented the toy to be pushed easily, Agros happily replaced the toy but after 2 days we've noticed it has started to hapen again. We think this a design error and shall be looking for an alternative

We bought the dyson hoover for our son when he was 18 months old from Argos. It's the one toy that he played with every day from 18th months until he was about 2 and a half. He still plays with it now, just not quite so often! We have had one problem in that after a few weeks of use, when on the suction setting, the hoover makes ...  Read the complete review

My husband used to work for Dyson so he was chomping at the bit to buy our little girl a Dyson as soon as she was old enough. The age recommendation for this item is 3+ years but our little girl is 2 and absolutely loves playing with it. It looks and comes apart just like a real Dyson. Dyson Toy Vacum Cleaner I am a bit (well maybe very) obssesive with my housework and hoover at least once daily. We got my 2 year old daughter the toy Dyson for Christmas because whenever I did the hoovering at home I then had to let her use the hose and tool attachment for about 5 minutes after I had finished in order to satisfy her need to use the hoover. We brought this toy in Argos and it cost £17.49, which was pretty pricey, but ...  Read the complete review

This is a great little product for helpful boys and girls around the house, and just so realistic, it’s unbelievable. When I was a lad, we used to have to make do with empty cardboard boxes stuck together and the insides of loo rolls to represent what we wanted to, and actually use our imagination. Unfortunately, or fortunately ...  Read the complete review
