 ... The holes between each fork are rather small so it takes some effort to rake through the sand. We have another rake from ELC and it has a much better quality than the one included in this set. My daughter is two and a half years old and still enjoys playing with this set at the beach although it is a little smaller than some of her other beach toys. I'd definitely recommend this baby bucket set, it's perfect for toddlers and the price is good too, even at full price....more

Living in Cornwall, we are never far away from the beach. Living close to the beach means we visit many different beaches quite often, that also means that we have quite a big collection of various sand toys, buckets, spades, sieves, sand moulds, the list is endless! One bucket set we have is this one from Early Learning Centre. Of course, being an Early Learning baby bucket set, it isn't available from a lot of places but most Early Learning Centres and Mothercares should stock it or it is available to purchase on their websites. This is a review of the ELC bucket and sand toys play set. We had been generously given a sand and water play table to enjoy during the summer months from our daughter's Nanna and we set out to buy some accessories to make play time more fun. What is it? Generally we fill the table with water rather than sand but this makes it all the more fun with teeming and ladling with the bucket and scoop. In the set you get the bucket, scoop, fork or rake and a mould shaped like a rabbit which is all ideal for playing with sand and water.
