This is a family toy that has been handed down to 3 children now mine being the third. Every child has got so much enjoyment out of this and it has been going 4 years now great value for money.
The idea of the toy is that your child will put the ball in one of the holes in the top (there are 3) and it will roll down a helterskelter into a hole at the bottom, the ball will then appear out of one of the 4 holes at the bottom.
This is a colourful toy that stands half a meter tall and should have about 6 balls with it which we now only have 3 left. Each ball is a different colour which will help the child learn. It also plays music when the balls are pushed through the hole in the top due to a sensor switch that is in each hole to recognise that the ball has been pushed in. There is a circle peice on the top that also spins if you place the ball on it it will spin the ball round and onto one of the holes to push down, sometimes doing this will let the ball go down without the child doing it or even throw the ball off which the child will find very funny.
It is made out of a good quality plastic so it will not be easily broken and it has solid feet that the balls come out of on the bottom that makes it that little bit more sturdy which is great due to the age group is 9 months + as long as the child can sit unaided and around this age children like to pull themselves up on things to try and walk so you will find that they will use this toy for this purpose.
My daughter is now 20 months old and still loves this toy it is the total amasement that when she puts the ball in she isnt sure what hole it will come from at the bottom.
It is not an expensive toy argos sell it for £19.99 and ours has been going for so many years that it is a good investment if you are planning more children and have room to store it. If not do what we do and leave it at the grandmothers to store keeps them happy when you are out.
It requires batteries but we have not put any in for 3 years which is great. It is safe for the young children and will teach them colours and keep their mind occupied. It has worked out a great investment for us and I would recomend it to anyone.
Summary: children will have a blast with this
