Advantages: zooming cars down ramp is great fun

Disadvantages: lift difficult to operate

This garage is part of the Fisher Price Little People range. it is priced around £30 (currently £26.99 on amazon.com).

It is recommended for children aged 1-4 years old.

It needs to be assembled before use, with pieces that slot together and a few bits that are screwed together to secure them. (Took about 10minutes to assemble)

The garage is supplied with 2 vehicles a tow truck and a car each with a removable figure. The tow truck has a couple of sound effects when the base of the 'seat' is pressed. The figures are a good size for small hands and are easily placed into the vehicles.

The garage features a spinning hose cylinder, a petrol pump and hose and entrance to the lift with a stop sign that comes down as lift rises.

You can move the lift to either of the 2 parking levels and a bell on the side 'dings' as it reaches each level. On the 1st floor there is parking space for the cars. On the 2nd floor is a parking area and access to the circular ramp that will whizz the cars back down to the bottom.

My son got this for christmas and is a big favourite with him already. He loves whizzing the cars down the ramp and currently putting as many cars and toys in the lift as possible!!
It is great that a number of other cars/vehicles he already has are able to fit in the grage and will whizz down the ramp, so it's not restricted to only fisher price vehicles.

Currently the biggest disadvantage is that my son is unable to operate the lift as it is quite stiff, so this can lead to some frustration as he wants to do it himselft but can't.

I can imagine this garage will be well played with for the next couple of years, so will probably be a good investment!
