Advantages: Good when you first get them.

Disadvantages: Get bored and worn out by them within a few weeks

I brought my Furby about a year ago now. When i first got it I could never put it down as i felt guilty leaving it all by itself. I tried to speak to it as much as i could, as it is meant to pick up words as it begins its life.
My whole family was traumatized by my Furby called Zumu. Everything it did was so sweet and so funny.
It was the best £30 i had ever spent.
But 6 months on with my furby still not talking any english i was regreting my purchase. i mean these things were meant to be baned in America as they were meant to be giving away Army secrets.
But mine Furby wasn't saying anything apart from the words, Yum and again again.
I soon realized that to shut the damn thing up the only thing i could do was take the batteries out.
I took them about about 3 months ago and i have never once felt the need to put them back in and bring my Furby back to life so far.


I would not advice anybody to buy a Furby as i feel that they are a complete waste of time and money.
