It has a carry handle and opens out on a hinge, has two storeys and comes with 2 dolls, 3 pets and 2 beds, a dressing table, a table and 2 chairs. There is also a tree house in the garden with a removable top. It is aimed at 18 months + which I think is about right. My son and daughter still love playing with it now, aged 5 and 3 and as its fairly portable with the carry handle its a useful toy for them to take around the house or if we go away.
