As a mother of a 2 year old I am very familiar with In the night garden, a childrens programme that toddlers seem to love. So last christmas my house was invaded with all sorts of in the night garden products and toys one of which was this, the Hasbro Pinky Ponk.

The pinky ponk has a plastic base and a soft plush top. It makes pinky ponk noises when you press one of the doors in and has a pull out tab with the 10 pontipines on it, having the pontipines is a nice idea but the tab is quite difficult to pull especially for young children.

My son was easily bored of the pinky ponk however because it doesn't really do much, other than the pontipines it has no moving parts and it only makes the same noises again and again, overall not very stimulating for toddlers. Because of this I found it disappointing, I thought it would do more.

I wouldn't recommend this and I feel it is poor value for what it is.

Summary: they could have done much better
