Caterpillar joined our family last Christmas. A present for our son from my parents, it is a gift that’s seen a lot of use over the year and I suspect one that will continue to entertain, educate and enthrall for a while to come. Counting Pal is an unusual electronic toy as it is a soft toy yet it packs a punch. Pal is a rather cute doe-eyed caterpillar. Each of his five body sections is numbered and, depending on the mode he’s set to, perform different tasks be that counting, colours or music. His legs are adorned with pictures of the creatures that are sung about in the counting songs. He’s a very appealing character to both parent and child and therein ... Read the complete review

A Review of….. Leap Frog's Counting Pal. This was certainly one toy that I really couldn't wait to get for Jack. I have two other friends with children and they both have it for their and when I was visiting them I just couldn't help myself from playing with it. I really am just a big kid at heart. So before Jack was even bought I had ordered this toy from Amazon and it was waiting for his arrival. Although he didn't really appreciate the brilliance of this present till when he was a month or so old, I have had hours of fun learning the sounds and the jazzy rhymes since day one. The toy cost around £13 from Amazon and this came with free ... Read the complete review

====The Item==== It's a soft caterpillar with a cute face (which both my children love looking at for some reason!) and features the numbers 1 to 5 on different segments of its body. It has an on/off switch and then 4 different settings; numbers, colours, classical music, and classical music in continuous mode (plays all songs one after another, once). It has a different colour segment for each number, and little toys hanging off each segment of the body, including a squeaky bird, rattly butterflies, crinkly bees, four flowers on a ring, and rattly bells with ladybirds on. The creatures match the songs that the caterpillar sings about on the ... Read the complete review

My son really likes the Baby Counting Pal from Leap Frog. It is a soft toy caterpiller. It has lots of bit hanging from it that he finds easy to grab and it is lovely and soft in texture so he like to squeeze it and hold it. It is also brightly coloured which makes it easier for him to see. He is 4 months old and has been playing with this toy for several weeks. He is just starting to enjoy the tunes that this toy plays. They are quite classical and he seems to like them. He always quietens down when it starts to play. I use it to help him go to sleep, as it will play for several minutes without you having to press it again, which is teaching him to go ... Read the complete review

My son recieved two of these for christmas and it's had so much use already I'm pretty sure I'm worthy enough to review it. When we opened it up for him I was pretty sure it would be another one of those mediocre baby toys that is a bit of waste of money but how wrong was I? This toy is one of the best I have seen around and I am so impressed with it. The actual toy is a soft, colourful caterpillar who has a big smiley face and a green and white hat on. It's body is divided into six pieces and each one is a different colour and has a different number on it from 1 to 5. The feet of the caterpillar has a couple of creatures on them relating to the ...
