This toy is colourful, simple and noisy. Great! My daughter loves it. She is now nearly nine months old but has been playing with this one since she was a few months old. It is easy to use even for a small baby but remains a favourite still, so thats good value given how quickly she tires of some other toys. She has an abundance of toys but this and the elephant version are among her absolute favourites. Cute Factor,Tick.Fun factor,Tick & very easy on the purse strings we bought this for my little boy before he was even born as it caught my eye on the shelf and after giving his tummy a roll the song that comes out was stuck in my head.Luckily my little boy loves is just as much as i do!! My daughter has owned this lion since she was 5 months old. She is now 22 months old and still loves to play with it! When this was bought for my daughter for her first christmas this lion was called Appy the Lion - not sure if they have now got rid of his name but from a small age my daughter used to ask for "Appy" by name as she found it a lot easier to say than Lion. I initially sought out a Leapfrog Roll & Rhyme Learning Lion after my son delighted in playing with his friends one (he's currently 7 months old). I actually managed to pick one up on eBay for a ridicuously cheap bargain price, given the R.R.P, but that aside, I do think this toy is worth the money but probably slightly overpriced. It pays to shop around, and I don't think anything of having second hand toys...I digress! This is a bright and colourful toy, interactive and stimulating.
