Little Tikes Rocking Horse

When we moved into our lovely, new, big house last October our landlady ropped us into helping her sort through the attic before she moved out. This is where Scarlet inherited her lovely wooden rocking horse. However, at the age of 18 months she has only just been able to use it herself. Last year my twin boys received two lots of rockers, one being the Thomas the tank rocker which I've already reviewed and most definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody and the other being Little Tikes Rocking Horse. The Little Tikes Rocking horse they have had for nearly a year now and I feel I'm now worthy of writing my own review on them. We have the blue Little Tikes Rocking Horse, not the magenta as pictured. I also believe that you can purchase this in yellow and red. Now I have a little girl but must admit to buying the blue as its always on some offer somewhere. I purchased this about three years ago from Argos at a price of £9.99. Looking today the blue is again on offer at £9.99 whislt the magenta will set you back a whopping £19.99! I have garden full of children's toys, we probably have every toy ever made, well it feels that that anyway. Little Tikes Rocking Horse is one of the toys overcrowding my garden and the kids love it. I first came across the Little Tikes Rocking Horse while at our local playgroup, my son was very shy and wouldn't really play with many of the toys but this is one thing he would play with week in week out. When our first child was only a few months old my sister in law gave us all the toys from her garden. She had been working as a child minder but was giving it up and so wanted to clear some clutter. There were loads of things from the Little Tikes range and one of them was this Little Tikes Rocking Horse. The horse we have is blue in colour and has a horse's head on one end and a tail on the other. There is a small handle each side of the horses head but the rest of the Rocking horse is one piece.
