Advantages: Will brighten your day, and will have you laughing

Disadvantages: limited shelf life, bit pricy for a children's toy.

When Elmo arrived in his suitcase shaped box, I was so excited I couldn't wait to open it.

Elmo is a well loved children's TV character, created by Jim Henson workshop and released in this form by Fisher Price a well known trusted baby manufacturer.

This is not really a toy that can be played with, and it probably wont get much use, it is heavy and quite hard as it's a robot with a soft red fur covering. It will be an entertaining item to have out when you have guests, and children will love it.

I think it is a toy that will be popular, and it will probably sell out quite fast.

I do think it is expensive for a children's toy that can not actually be played with as such, and it takes 6 AA batteries, which I'm sure it will go through quite fast.
After saying this I did buy it, and couldn't wait to unleash it.
It hasn't had much use as it is for my sons birthday, so I cant say if it is long lasting and durable.

Elmo has a contagious laugh that is guaranteed to have you laughing with him. Its animations are amazing.

When you tickle him, he asks you to do it again, and again then when you tickle him again he rolls around on the floor and he slaps the floor in fits of laughter. You will need to give him some space for him to be able to perform. It is a very entertaining toy that I think adults may enjoy more than children.

It is a good stress reliever, as laughing is considered to be good for you.

This toy is recommended for a child of 3+
I think this toy would be better for an older child, and adults that will appreciate the technology that has gone into making this fabulous toy.

Summary: Fantastic animated toy that's fun to watch.
