Advantages: A novelty as it rolls around and moves quite a lot

Disadvantages: the novelty soon wares off!

I wanted to buy this last Christmas when it was rated one of the top ten toys to buy for Christmas 2007, but there was so much demand for it I couldnt get my hands on it in any of the high street stores, or online. So when I found it at an NCT sale for £4 (The r.r.p for this is £39.99!) I actually bartered and got it for £3!!.

Im glad I didnt spend £40 for it as its not interactive enough for my child, I would say its a toy that you watch perform rather then engage and play with.

Its quite a heavy toy and it works my tickling Elmos tummy and he lstarts by laughing, he then says "again, again" and when you tickle him again he roles onto the floor and starts slapping it and slapping his legs with uncontrolable laughter.

As an adult, its funny to watch but some of my daughters friends have been a bit scared of it, and its not a toy that gets played with very often, as my daughter dosnt like picking i up when its moving as it frightens her.

The toy is aimed for children aged 3 years and up and you can buy it from Argos and Woolworths.

Summary: Not worth the hefty price tag so surch on ebay if you want one
