I saw an advert for the baby sshh when I was at the hospital expecting my second child and it looked interesting and made some impressive claims, so when I was looking for a christmas present for my new born baby this was the only thing that come to mind.

The baby sshh is suitable from birth and comes in 2 designs, a bee and a frog, both are very bright coloured.

The baby sshh plays music to your baby that is supposed to calm them and stop them crying if they are crying when theres nothing wrong.

Does it work? Sort of, it does stop the baby crying for a short period, I am not convinced it's because the music soothes them but more like confuses them. The baby sshh plays the strangest music I have ever heard, it is very erratic and upbeat, nothing like you would expect from a toy like this.

Overall I think the baby sshh is too expensive and doesn't live up to its claims, and even without the very disturbing and annoying music the baby sshh is still not very appealing, both the bee and from are strange looking. There is much nicer products out there that do a better job and are much better looking and have nice pleasant tunes.
