I bought my daughter one of the full size Aqua Draws when she was about 18 months old. She loved it from the first time she used it so when I saw this travel version was bought out I got one immediately as thought it would be ideal for using in the car on longer journeys and on holidays. The mat measures around 45cm by 30 cm and comes with one Aqua Draw pen. The mat is simple to use. It is plain white with various colourful pictures around the border. You simply fill up your Aqua Draw pen with water and let your little one draw. My girls have a large aquadraw mat and a travel size one. I think they are a great idea as it doesn't create any mess and it doesn't waste any paper. Around the edges there are numbers and letters that children can draw over and copy. This is how my Daughter is learning how to draw her numbers and letters. There is also nice bright pictures on them around the edge. You fill the pens provided up with water (screw caps that screw the opposite way so children don't keep opening them) then they can draw away.
