Ok so Lottie was given this bear for Christmas and it soon became one of her firm favourites much to mine and Daves annoyance. The little bear is brown and you can get him in a range of different colours, Lottie has the pink one but you can get the brown shown above and it comes in blue. I believe it costs around the £10 mark and is suitable for babies from around the 3 month mark although Lottie was 10 months and still loves it.

He is quite small so easily grasped by little hands and he has four buttons on the front. It is the 3 big colourful buttons that you want as this is what controls what the bear does. The middle fourth heart button will turn the bear on and off for you and it will sing a song to you immediately when you do turn it on. This song fascinates babies but drives me mad, lol. This is the song or what I think it says anyway.

I'm a friendly light up bear, I'll teach you 1, 2, 3. A sleepy hungry happy bear hey come and hug me.

I had to listen to that just around five times to mke it out. The colourful buttons will light up when pressed and have the numbers 1 - 3 on them so as you can guess this is one of the things the bear will teach your child.

It says phrases such as I'm a happy bear which is nice and will count. It will also sing melodies to you such as I have just pressed it and it did London Bridge.

When you turn the bear off it makes a kissing sound and says bye bye. I like this button!

The bear does come with a velcro strap which I found very useful to put on Lotties pushchair within easy reach. It takes AAA batteries which last a while.

All in all it is a good toy for babies and although the voice drove me mad as many kids toys do, Lottie loves it so it is a toy we replace the batteries in.
