We bought this radio for my sons first Christmas when he was just four months old. There are three shaped buttons numbered one to three and three square buttons marked A B C. You can set the radio to just play the six tunes or you can set it to say A B C or 1 2 3 while a tune is played. There is also a ball that you can spin which starts a tune playing or sounds a different note and lights flash as each note is played.

I bought the radio during a blue cross sale at the Early Learning Centre store in my local debenhams and only paid about £4 for it.

As this is an ELC centre toy it is made to the high standards you would expect from their toys. It is brightly coloured and plays jolly tunes to gain the childs interest. The carry handle on the top is part of the radio so will not break or come off and the whole thing is very tough and hardwearing.

This has become a favourite toy in our house for three years now and is also enjoyed by my younger child. It has taken a lot of bashing about and has had new batteries many times but still looks as good as new.
