“ Brand: VTech / Age: Newborn / Type: Learning Toy „
My youngest son has only just turned 5 months and even with having an older child i seemed to be lacking any toys suitable for a baby so whilst out xmas shopping one day in boots i noticed this lovely little toy !! Its a Vtech play and learn musical bee and it retails for around £14.99 (or whatever the vat makes it these days...lol) I have not seen it in many places i got mine in boots which was good as that way i earned some advantage points too !!
The bumble Bee has two setting on it, one is day and the other is night. When i day mode your child will get to learn about colours, shapes & numbers with some rather cute little tunes in between.I sadly enough find myself singing along to the songs even after such a short time !! On the Bee there is also a night time mode.In this mode the Bees tummy lights up and really soft soothing lullaby tunes are heard. This feature is excellent as the toy isnt overly loud this could be placed in the childs cot to help them drift off to sleep. It actually has a sound sensor so if your child does wake the tunes will start off to hopefully soothe your little one back off to sleep.
We have found this particular feature a god send as my little one has been poorly recently and loves this toy so the fact that i dont have to set it going each time is wonderful and he is able to activate it.
The material on the main body of the bumble bee is soft to touch and wipes clean very well as we have had a few incidents !! The wings are crinkly so when your baby plays with them he gets some noise out of them. The bee is brightly coloured and has a very sweet little face.My little boy loves this toy and i would definitely reccommend to others as its reasonably priced and with the varied functions is worth more than the retail price in my opinion.
Featuring fun melodies and sing along songs in play mode and plays gentle lullabies to soothe baby to sleep.
